Dinghy Mate Saddle Tank

This is a dinghy motor fuel tank that attaches to the transom of your dinghy. It has two brackets that hold it in place. It is up off the floor and out of the way. It gives you more room in the dinghy, a real luxury. The one shown here is the three gallon model on the transom of a 10 foot AB rib.

I love mine, which was purchased in the Caribbean. From what I can tell, these are not available in the U.S. They are also very pricy. I think the three gallon model is up to $200. Ouch. So if you ever see one at a nautical flea market, grab it, they are wonderful to have.
